Arts Dubuque:
Located on the campus of Fountain Park in Dubuque, Arts Dubuque provides an atmosphere for all the Arts to flourish and develop. Arts Dubuque offers a gallery of local and regional artists as well as classroom and studio space for potters, sculptors, painters and other arts disciplines. Arts Dubuque hopes to reinvent the restaurant as a culinary arts school in the near future.

Carnegie-Stout Public Library:

The City of Dubuque:
The City of Dubuque and its Arts Commission build the community through arts and culture programs by developing visibility, funding, audiences, information, and partnerships. City grants fund special projects and operating support for arts organizations. Art on the River is an annual rotating display of outdoor art sculptures in the Port of Dubuque. Artwork is available for sale.

Clarke College is the college for the arts. Each year, nationally and internationally known performers and artists come to campus in the Arts at Clarke Series. In addition, the college’s art department presents exhibits featuring the works of students, faculty and guest artists, and the music and drama departments host frequent performances.

Colts Youth Organization:
Colts Youth Organization
Since 1963, the Colts have used music and excellence to shape thousands of members; developing skills and experiences that contribute to their success in life. Sponsoring two drum and bugle corps, two youth choirs, and a summer band, the programs share a philosophy of community putting members and family first. Colts programs now serve over 300 young people in grade 3 through age 21. The most recent additions to the organization include a steel drum ensemble and a school curriculum partnership.

The Dubuque County Fine Arts Society (DCFAS)
The Dubuque County Fine Arts Society (DCFAS) is a volunteer-driven not-for-profit arts organization. The group’s mission is to provide free or low-cost access to arts experiences – either as artist or audience – and to support local arts programming. DCFAS provides organizational support to a variety of arts programs, including the Nash Gallery, DubuqueFest, the Dubuque Area Writers Guild, the Dubuque Fine Arts Players, the Annual Elisha Darlin Arts Award, ArtStart, and Faces and Voices.

The Dubuque Museum of Art
The Dubuque Museum of Art seeks to promote cultural growth as a center for life-long learning, through outreach to area schools as well as in-facility interpretation of objects from its collections and temporary exhibitions. Dubuque Main Street
Dubuque Main Street is a not-for-profit dedicated to the development and promotion of a vibrant downtown. The free Dubuque…and All That Jazz! summer concert series is held from 6-9 p.m. the third Friday of June, July, August, and the first Friday in September under the Historic Town Clock. DMS manages the Cultural Corridor and also offers assistance for various downtown festivals and events.

The Dubuque Symphony Orchestra
The Dubuque Symphony Orchestra brings the best in classical, pops, and holiday music to Dubuque and the surrounding areas. National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium:

Operation New View:
The Dubuque Cultural Key Card program is a joint project of Operation: New View Community Action Agency and the Dubuque Cultural Alliance. The program makes cultural events available to qualified low-income families at free or
