Carnegie-Stout
Public Library provides access to information, recreational

The City of Dubuque:
The
City of Dubuque
and its Arts Commission build the community through
arts and culture programs by developing visibility, funding,

and operating support for arts organizations. Art on the River
is an annual
rotating
display of outdoor art sculptures in the Port of Dubuque. Artwork

Clarke College:

Colts Youth Organization:
Colts
Youth Organization
Since 1963, the Colts have used music and excellence
to shape thousands of members; developing skills and
experiences that contribute
to their success in life. Sponsoring two drum and bugle
corps, two youth choirs, and a summer band, the programs share a
philosophy of community
putting members and family first. Colts programs now
serve over 300
young people in grade 3 through age 21. The most recent
additions to the organization
include a steel drum ensemble and a school curriculum partnership.

The Dubuque County Fine
Arts Society (DCFAS) The Dubuque
County Fine Arts Society (DCFAS) is a volunteer-driven not-for-profit
arts organization.
The group’s mission is to provide free or low-cost
access to arts experiences – either as artist
or audience – and
to support local arts programming. DCFAS provides
organizational support to a variety of arts
programs, including the Nash Gallery, DubuqueFest,
the Dubuque Area Writers Guild, the Dubuque

The Dubuque Museum of Art The Dubuque Museum of Art
